O deslocamento de gênero e as configurações de masculinidades no cordel

Abstract

Many studies about the cordelistic production in Brazil have aimed to construction of conceptions about that literary genre that go since from the researches about the form or about the genre properly said, involving its origins and adaptations, to the thematic cycles that so much has produced positive amazing effect among the readers. Our proposal of reading intend to contribute for the enlargement of the studies of the cordel not only to analyze the configurations of masculinities present in the corpus delimited for trims to the research: beyond that, weresearch the cordel production that approach the homosexual thematic, since texts of the beginning of the century XX to the outputs found recently in the medias, mainly in the digital medias. So, we start from the problem of the research that would find perceive the linguistic marks found in cordel texts for represent the homosexual subjects. Subsequently, using the theory of the area of the cultural anthropology and of the studies of the communication, of the linguistic as well as the theory and literary critic, we start the construction of corpus analysis. Methodologically, we discuss the cordel news and the configurations of masculinities in that literary genre. The prejudice, the discrimination and the joke are the more recurrent images in the cordel texts that discuss the gay questions, and the authors utilize masks to present thetheme to the reader: behind the defense or funny discuss it s possible to perceive the blackhumor of the narrator that showshomophobic marks, if not as marks of his own point of view, it happens to satisfy the readers in their demands, since the cordel author, in this perspective, foresees a reader that corroborates his speech.
